Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist in Elgin, IL to engage healthcare providers with in-person, virtual, and digital tools and to address on-label information with approved content.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead, coordinating with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support colleagues to enhance customer engagement and inform local business planning. Travel within local territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales or B2B outside sales or clinical healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information and ethics-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and coordinate with CSS as needed.
• Facilitate local provider group discussions and report insights to local leadership.
• Collaborate to adjust targeting and call point plans based on feedback.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to inform local strategy and business goals.
