Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma/medical device sales or 3+ years B2B sales, or 2+ years clinical healthcare experience.
• Ability to translate complex clinical information for HCPs and patients.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools and route to colleagues when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
