Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.

You will address on-label information, discuss product access, and support patient care guidance in a fast-paced, compliant environment. The role requires building strong relationships with HCPs, coordinating cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, and delivering insights to inform local strategy and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharma or medical device sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must reside within commutable distance of 50 miles from San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools and route to appropriate colleagues when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Elevate insights to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals.
