Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. in Sacramento is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual and digital tools, sharing on-label information and supporting access to approved therapies within local care networks.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access and Patient Support teams, conduct proactive outreach, organize speaker programs, and translate insights into local strategy while maintaining compliant, ethical engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma/medical device sales or 3+ years B2B outside sales or 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics like product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and route to other team members as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Elevate opportunities and insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
