Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers. You will conduct proactive outreach on product access and on-label information, using in-person, virtual, and digital tools to educate and guide HCPs.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, travel within New Orleans territory, and elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience in regulated environments.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools and route to specialists as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Use insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
