Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers in-person, virtually, and digitally, delivering on-label information and product access guidance within a collaborative ecosystem.

Reporting to the Area Business Lead, this role builds relationships with MSLs, HSAMs, and PELs, organizes speaker programs, and translates insights into local strategy to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years B2B outside sales or equivalent.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider group discussions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
