Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. in Columbus, GA is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers with in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label product information and strategic insights to support patient care.

You will report to the Area Business Lead and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to advance local engagement, speaker programs, and provider discussions while ensuring compliant, ethical interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years B2B or equivalent outside sales experience or 2+ years clinical healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual/digital tools and route to colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions.
• Ensure requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Coordinate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights into local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities and insights to the Area Business Lead.
