Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist for a field-based role covering Tampa, Lakeland, Ocala, FL with travel up to 70%. You will develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers and complex care networks to drive adoption of our mental health therapy.

The role combines clinical education, account management and patient access, reporting to the Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement and site-of-care dynamics.
• Proven track record of launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and build trust with providers.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard, readiness, and optimize delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and resources.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, compliant, and patient-centric behaviors.
