Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration).
• An advanced business degree (MBA), or public health (MPH) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team including sales representatives and account managers.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with the team.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
