Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Philadelphia, PA territory, including PA, NJ, DE. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement, collaborate with the sales and support teams, and resolve access issues to assist patient treatment.

Role requires up to 75% travel, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with buy-and-bill and payer policies across multiple plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access/reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient support.
• Travel up to 75% to cover territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and plan logistics.
