Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, access, and support for providers across the Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Des Moines, and Fargo territory. The role requires 5+ years of reimbursement experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of payer policies.

Expect extensive travel and ongoing partnerships with PECS, marketing, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will manage education needs for HCPs, navigate complex coding and coverage

Qualifications

• Account Management and reimbursement experience in provider settings.
• Experience with payers, coding, and appeals processes; collaboration across teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data to improve access and outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with HCPs and payers.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions and address access barriers.
• Proactively address affordability issues and track market dynamics.
• Build trust-based relationships and manage territory logistics and planning.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and PECS to share insights on access solutions.
• Travel up to 75% to engage with providers and hubs as needed.
