Job summary

You will engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue, implement local business plans, and manage resources while maintaining high ethical standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in specialty pharma sales, a Bachelor's degree, and are prepared for some travel.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of healthcare sales/account management or business-to-business sales.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers.
Act with high integrity and comply with the Company's policies.
Ability to adapt to evolving environments including telemedicine/virtual work.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned geography in an ethical and compliant manner.
Identify customer needs and align marketing resources to support pull-through activities.
Develop local business plans and allocate resources effectively.
Manage budgets and expenses to meet territory objectives.
Collaborate with Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to drive business results.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market and key influencers and share insights.
