Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the United States.
• 8+ years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience, including leading through change.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the geography.
• Cross-functional collaboration to align partnerships and execution.
• Leading others with coaching, guidance, and prioritization.
• Data-driven decision making and strategic planning with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities.
• Drive district performance across the Neuroscience portfolio with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing with field insights to strengthen plans.
