Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceuticals is seeking an ADHD Territory Sales Representative for the Dublin, OH area. You will drive sales by implementing territory strategies, engaging healthcare professionals, and applying payer access tools to expand patient access.

The role requires 2–4 years in pharmaceutical sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license. You will work within the ADHD Sales department to meet quarterly goals and build market share in Neuroscience and related therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience is required, with strong preference for neuroscience/ADHD exposure.
• Strong account-based selling skills and success in field sales.
• Experience with payer access tools and formulary pull-through is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurability are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Utilize calls, speaker programs, and payer tools to engage HCPs and staff.
• Analyze local market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans.
• Stay current on payer access environments and pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of disease states, treatments, competition, and products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and brand awareness.
