Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
• Experience in specialty sales, Neuroscience or Psychiatry preferred.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Applies resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools, etc.) to opportunities and engages customers (HCPs & staff).
• Analyzes local market dynamics and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Develops and executes territory business and call plans aligned with goals.
• Keeps current on payer access environment and identifies pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of disease state, treatment approaches, and our product.
• Partners with stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
