Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Multi-Specialty Account Manager for the Terre Haute, IN area to promote our psychiatry portfolio to clinical and primary care stakeholders. As an Account Manager you will lead business planning, apply market knowledge, address payer issues, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations while traveling up to 40% to meet customers.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 2+ years pharma sales, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships within territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and account leadership with data-based insights.
• Deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections and close calls.
• Develop internal and external relationships aligned with customer needs.
• Apply market knowledge to uncover opportunities in CNS/neuroscience.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
