Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 2–5 years pharma/biopharma sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote CNS/psychiatry portfolio to primary care and neurology stakeholders.
• Lead territory business planning, strategy, and resource allocation to maximize sales.
• Develop and maintain internal/external relationships and ensure compliant promotional activities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
• Meet regulatory and credentialing requirements for continued employment.
