Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio in the Northeastern Wisconsin territory, including Green Bay/Fox Valley. You will lead sales strategies, build relationships with primary care and neurology stakeholders, and apply data-driven insights to exceed targets.

Candidates should have 2–5 years pharma sales experience, a BA/BS, and the ability to travel up to 40% within the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability: able to embrace change and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Problem-solving: analytical skills to identify solutions.
• Data analysis: strong computer/technical skills for goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is essential; valid driver's license.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare providers must be met.

Responsibilities
