Job summary

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, is seeking a results-driven Account Manager for the El Paso, TX territory. You will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, build strategic relationships with primary care and neurology stakeholders, and apply data-based insights to drive sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of pharma sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 40% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan business and lead account strategies using data-driven insights.
• Deliver messages clearly and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Develop customer relationships and manage total office accounts.
• Apply market and therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
