Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharma/biopharmaceutical/biologics or medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.

• Adaptability to fast-paced team environment.
• Analytical skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles.
• Strong data analysis skills and use of data for planning.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: develop strategy, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Selling: deliver clear messages, probe needs, handle objections and close calls.
• Customer Development: build relationships based on customer needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: apply market knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Reimbursement: address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies and FDA regulations.
