Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a dynamic Account Manager for the Little Rock South, AR territory. The role focuses on growing our psychiatry portfolio with specialty product expertise, engaging clinicians in primary care and neurology settings, and driving sales performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in pharma/biopharma sales, a BA/BS, and the ability to travel up to 30–40% domestically. A valid driver’s license and living within 40 miles of the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–5 years in pharmaceutical/biopharma sales or related healthcare sales.
• Must pass disease/product training exams and maintain product knowledge.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and account leadership using data-based insights.
• Deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, and close with action.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
