Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio in a Jackson, MS territory. You will lead sales strategies, develop key accounts, and work cross-functionally to drive performance within a specialty and primary care mix.

Travel may be required to 4–8 conferences and customer meetings across the U.S. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharmaceutical or related health sales, strong communication, and the ability to leverage data for planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Adaptability and collaborative in a fast-paced team environment.
• Data analysis to develop short- and long-term goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meet standard credentialing requirements to work with providers/facilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and account leadership using data-informed insights.
• Deliver compelling messages to customers and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Apply local market and therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Address payer access issues and stay informed on reimbursement dynamics.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
