Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager for Little Rock South, AR to promote our neuroscience portfolio to primary care and neurology stakeholders. You will lead sales and marketing strategies, build clinical knowledge, and drive territory performance within the Little Rock South area.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years pharma or biopharma sales experience, a BA/BS, strong communication, data analysis skills, and the drive to work within 40 miles of the territory.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to pass disease/product training exams and stay certified annually.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability to change and fast-paced team environment.
• Strong data analysis skills to develop short- and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: use digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and strategies.
• Selling: deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, and close with action.
• Customer Development: build productive relationships based on customer needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: map trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to opportunities.
• Reimbursement: address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies and FDA regulations.
