Lundbeck seeks a results-driven Multi-Specialty Account Manager for the Rochester, NY area. You will promote our psychiatry portfolio, apply data-based insights to drive sales, and manage key accounts across specialty and primary care settings.

The role requires a BA/BS, 2+ years pharma sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% within the territory. A valid driver's license is required and benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience or related healthcare sales.
• Must be able to score well on disease/product training exams and stay certified annually.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and account leadership using data-based insights to drive sales.
• Sell messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, and close with action.
• Develop and maintain productive customer relationships across relevant settings.
• Apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
