Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote and grow Neurocrine products within a designated geographic territory in the United States. You will build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff, educate external customers about product benefits, and execute territory sales strategies in person and virtually.

The role requires a BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience (3+ in specialty or LTC).

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech sales.
• 3+ years in specialty pharma or LTC; psych/neurology sales preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva or similar BI tools.
• Master’s degree option: 2+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
• Executes territory sales strategies to meet objectives via in-person and virtual communications.
• Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, payers, and advocacy groups.
• Collaborates with internal partners including managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Upholds highest ethical standards and FDA guidelines in all activities.
