Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to manage a geographic territory, promote products, and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. You will educate external customers about product benefits and approved indications.

You will execute territory sales strategies, manage resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption while upholding high ethical standards and FDA compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field; 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech or related field; 3+ years in specialty pharma or Neurology/psychiatry sales preferred.
• Master's degree in science or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP or BI tools; knowledge of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products to target accounts within the assigned territory.
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals; educate customers on product benefits and indications.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Patient Access, MSLs) to optimize territory performance.
