Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Neuropsych Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Atlanta-area region, covering Marietta, Dalton, Rome, Cumming, and Alpharetta. You will build relationships with physicians and office staff, deliver product demonstrations, and support education and patient messaging.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma, with strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• At least 1 year of full-time B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record of accomplishments in this market toward meeting objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual environments; proficient with technology.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred.
• Broad therapeutic area experience preferred.
• Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions.
• Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize budget funds.
• Maintain a competitive edge and collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Maintain call average with top target customers.
• Apply problem-solving to improve performance in territory assignment.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and complete administrative duties.
