Teva is seeking a Neuropsych Sales Specialist to drive significant sales growth in the Dayton, OH territory. You will build relationships with regional teams and health care professionals, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of B2B sales (pharma preferred); travel is regular and a valid US driver’s license is needed. You will work within a compliant, high-performing Teva team focused on patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Candidate must be able to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Mansioni

• Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts at all levels; respond to needs with appropriate action.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-services of products to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs; leverage insights to drive product differentiation.
• Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and drive cohesive execution.
• Maintain a regular call average with top target customers.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales goals and complete all administrative duties for the geographic assignment.
