Teva, a global biopharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Neuropsych Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across a defined territory. The role emphasizes account-based selling, building strong relationships with HCPs and office staff, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of B2B sales experience, pharma experience preferred, and will work with cross-functional teams to exceed performance targets while maintaining Teva compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in related field.
• At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff to promote products and provide patient education.
• Grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet needs and drive sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budget funds.
