Job summary

The role involves hands-on intraoperative support, patient follow-up, and ongoing professional development across diverse formats and platforms. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2 years in sales/clinical role.
• Medical device sales and/or clinical education preferred.
• Nursing/biology or related science background preferred.
• Willingness to travel region for field work and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care and ensure long-term therapy success.
• Partner with sales and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers with presentations, hands-on demos, and digital platforms to keep clinicians informed.
• Work closely with physicians and hospital staff to tailor education on clinical benefits and best practices.
• Engage clients through regular training sessions and workshops to support optimal therapy outcomes.
