Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a Territory Manager to grow patient-centric sales across an assigned region. You will cultivate a physician and hospital referral network, manage pre- and post-operative care, and promote Spinal Cord Stimulation products within OR settings and clinical teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in sales or clinical roles, with preference for medical device experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a designated customer base and prospect for new customers in an assigned geographic area.
• Drive sales revenue to meet or exceed territory goals.
• Oversee the SCS process of patient care from pre-surgical education to post-surgical follow ups and long-term care.
• Support physician use of Spinal Cord Stimulation products in OR and with patients.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and pricing discipline.
