Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager to lead strategy within a Kansas City, KS territory, driving sales, market penetration, and profitability. The role collaborates with sales leadership and clinical teams to capitalize on opportunities and improve territory performance.

As part of a highly matrixed team, you will engage physicians, staff, and customers, manage inventory, and deliver reports while maintaining FDA compliance and superior customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years in Neuromodulation.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the area.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies.
• Integrate into accounts, build trust with customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region via initiatives.
• Coordinate implanting schedules with Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Conduct evaluations and develop sales strategies for capital equipment.
• Attend trade shows and discuss new product developments.
