Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals and overcome barriers.
• Build trust and rapport with customers, KOLs, and industry leaders.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region through targeted initiatives.
• Lead and mentor new Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and ensure timely follow-up of leads and reports.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for leadership.
