Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the New York area to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. You will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.

The TBM will travel within the assigned geography, partner with local and regional teams, and strive to meet sales and launch objectives.

Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. degree required.
5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge preferred.
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography, with possible overnight stays.
Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
