Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area to drive neurology product launches and expand market access. You will work with local and regional teams to execute launch plans, engage healthcare professionals, and meet sales objectives through strategic territory management and compliant communication.

The role requires a track record of high sales performance, strong clinical and product knowledge, and ability to operate in a virtual and hybrid sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
