argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support launches and indications across Las Vegas, San Diego, and LA areas. The TBM will collaborate with regional teams, engage healthcare professionals, and drive demand with a patient-first mindset.

Candidates should have 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales and strong local market knowledge. Base salary for US applicants is $140,000 to $192,500 per year, with strong incentive programs and comprehensive

Qualifications

• BS or BA required.
• 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate collaboration with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with overnight stays as needed.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff to drive launches and demand.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
