Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation in the Las Vegas area. You will partner with local TBMs, align customer strategy, and engage healthcare professionals and specialty providers to meet sales objectives.

Located in the Territory, you will travel regularly, plan market strategy, and collaborate across functions to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. degree required.
5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge preferred.
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
