argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to provide focused commercial support for upcoming launches and indication expansion. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta, Macon, or Savannah, GA area.

The TBM will work with our Neurology TBM team and cross-functional partners to align customer strategy, engage healthcare professionals, and drive demand generation through specialty pharmacy and infusion providers.

Competenze

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Candidates must live in Territory.

Mansioni

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
