Argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support its Neurology Franchise across the United States, including Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville regions. The TBM will work with the Neurology team to drive launches and demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies. Strong collaboration and field-based partnership are essential.

The role requires at least a B.S./B.A. degree and 5+ years in specialty or biologics sales (neurology preferred).

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Align with cultural pillars of the organization: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation.
• Candidates must live in Territory.

Responsabilités

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activities in CRM.
