Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation across the Nashville region. You will partner with local teams to align strategy, engage healthcare professionals, and execute account plans while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required.
• 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Neurology sales preferred; local market knowledge encouraged.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages
