Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support its Neurology Franchise across the Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison area and surrounding markets. You will partner with local TBMs to execute launch activities, plan territory strategy, and engage healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.

The role requires a B.S. or B.A., 5+ years in specialty or biologics sales (neurology preferred), strong clinical and business acumen, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience planning, organizing and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Adaptable to changing environment.
• Experience with product launches.
• Must live in territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Develop territory plans and market strategy aligned with launches.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
