argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to support launches and expansion in the Albany, Buffalo, and Rochester areas. The role focuses on healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to drive demand and launch success.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience and a strong local market knowledge, with a proven ability to work in a highly coordinated team and deliver results in a virtual

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree is required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Able to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly within the assigned geography, possibly overnight.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and staff to drive engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Use market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
