Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to support program operations.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and records.
• Plan and coordinate program-related events, including workshops and outreach activities.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Enter, update, and maintain program data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with participants, stakeholders, and internal teams to share information and collect feedback.
• Assist with reports and basic data analysis to evaluate program activities.
• Assist with program financial operations and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and enhance program effectiveness.
