You will oversee practice management, onboarding, credentialing, budgeting, and quality initiatives, partnering with physicians and leadership to enhance patient care and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor and collaborate with staff at all levels.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations and practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for programs.
• Partner with physician leadership to advance priorities and patient care.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and provider enrollment functions.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with institutional leadership.
