Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based Pharmaceutical Sales professional in Kentucky to educate physicians and drive therapy adoption for our neuroscience portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic account management, physician education, and strong cross-functional collaboration within managed care, marketing, and medical affairs.

The candidate will maintain a primary field presence Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events, and must navigate complex accounts

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech sales.
• 3+ years in specialty pharma or LTC, psychology, or neurology sales desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva or similar BI tools.
• Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drives product acceptance and growth through education and account management.
• Executes territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications.
• Manage Customer Relationships.
• Engage Community Mental Health Clinics and Long Term Care facilities.
• Liaise with payers, pharmacies, and regional partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Patient Access, MS Liaisons and medical communications.
• Uphold FDA guidelines and pharma industry best practices.
• Demonstrate integrity and align with company values and compliance.
• Maintain full field presence Monday-Friday with occasional evening/weekend events.
