Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist in Austin, TX to execute the territory plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians and infusion center staff. You’ll identify key accounts and build relationships with neurologists to expand product reach and patient access.

The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in MS, and experience with biosimilars/infusion therapy, buy-and-bill dynamics, and CRM excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with territory quotas.
• 3+ years direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience with buy-and-bill knowledge.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology centers within the territory.
• Proven track record of sales excellence and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plans and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging.
• Identify and develop relationships with clinicians, HCPs, and infusion centers.
• Analyze prescribing trends and dynamics to drive market share growth.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with office staff for access.
• Maintain CRM records and sample tracking in line with policies.
