Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in Atlanta to execute a strategic territory plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and clinic staff.

You will use approved resources to drive market share and product adoption in MS and infusion therapy settings. The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in MS, and deep knowledge of biosimilars and buy-and-bill dynamics.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience required, with a history of consistent performance against territory quotas.
• Therapeutic Focus: 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required, with deep familiarity with the MS clinical landscape and patient journey.
• Product Modality: Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience required, including an understanding of buy-and-bill dynamics, specialty pharmacy networks, and infusion clinic operations.
• Territory & Specialist Network: Documented experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the designated territory geography required.
• Performance Track Record: Proven history of sales excellence, top-tier performance rankings, and quota attainment.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, consultative selling ability, business analytics proficiency, and strategic account management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems across the assigned geography to expand product reach and optimize patient access.
• Identify key influencers and opinion leaders (KOLs), maintaining account coverage and achieving call frequency targets and reach metrics.
• Address both clinical and business needs with evidence-based dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans, analyzing sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to achieve territory sales goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion clinics to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
