Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in the United States with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in Multiple Sclerosis and biosimilars. You will execute strategic territory plans, build relationships with neurologists and clinics, and drive product adoption while maintaining compliance and robust data management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of pharma sales, MS-specific experience, and a background in analytics and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years direct MS sales experience preferred.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales experience preferred.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel.
• Strong communication, analytics, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to current and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop relationships with targeted providers, clinics, and health systems to expand reach.
• Identify key influencers/KOLs and maintain account coverage with priority targets.
• Engage in consultative dialogue covering disease state education, differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competition to meet sales goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with offices to support product access and administration.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and sample tracking in line with policies.
