Qualifications

• Greet customers, patients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Answer questions and provide directions when needed.
• Register patients and ensure forms meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, etc).
• Collect payments and print receipts; count and balance cash drawer.
• Verify patient eligibility and use office software to schedule and update appointments.
