Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the regional plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion center staff, and clinic administrators across the territory.

You will build strategic relationships with neurologists and key accounts, analyze prescribing trends, navigate buy-and-bill workflows, and drive product adoption while maintaining CRM records and meeting quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required, with MS landscape familiarity.
• Experience with biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales, including buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within an assigned geography.
• Proven history of sales excellence and top-tier performance rankings.

Responsabilités

• Execute the strategic territory plan and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, mid-level practitioners, infusion center staff, and clinic administrative personnel.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers and health systems to expand product reach and patient access.
• Identify key influencers and maintain account coverage with defined call frequency targets and reach metrics.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to meet sales goals.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels and clinic workflows to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking per corporate policies.
